WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN A SELL AND RENT BACK COMPANY
First of all, the company should be approved by the FSA to be in business. In the agreement you are making with them, you should be able to meet up with a representative of the company first. The agreement you have on the sale of your home should be in writing and inclusive of all the conditions you have agreed upon. The agreement should have a clause on the sale of the home back to you after a while. The rental price should be agreeable and not one designed to defeat you in the long run. If any of these is missing, then you are making a mistake.
